By accessing and using the Rinjani Indonesia website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law. You may not:

  • Use the services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Distribute harmful, misleading content or content violating third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3. Bookings and Payments

All trekking package bookings are subject to availability. Prices listed are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Rinjani Indonesia reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings if incorrect information is provided.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policy: cancellations more than 14 days before departure receive a full refund minus an administration fee; cancellations 7–14 days before receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 7 days receive no refund.

5. Liability and Risk

Mountain trekking carries inherent risks. Participants are responsible for their own health and fitness. Rinjani Indonesia is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages occurring during the trip that are beyond our control, including bad weather and natural disasters.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Rinjani Indonesia and protected by copyright law. Copying, distributing, or using content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through this website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement and, if not reached, through the competent courts in Indonesia.
